Originally released as “The Raven,” the cigar perfectly fit the avian theme of the company’s portfolio. However, it was later revealed that another company had trademarked the name. The call Jonas received from their lawyer was rather “unkind,” which inspired him to make a clever play on words. In the English language, a group of ravens is called an “unkindness.” This creative renaming preserved the avian theme while successfully dodging the trademark issue.

This medium-bodied, highly complex premium cigar features a deep purple band. Its standout element is a dark, oily Brazilian Cubra wrapper that provides a distinct, rich, and naturally sweet flavor profile. Additionally, the cigar is rolled with a partially closed foot, giving the smoker an immediate blast of pure wrapper flavor upon lighting.
