Crafted by master blender Jonas Santana in the Dominican Republic, it utilizes a smooth Ecuador/Indonesian-grown Sumatra wrapper. The Finch Sumatra was specifically engineered as an alternative to the traditional Connecticut morning smoke. By pairing a smooth Sumatra wrapper with a milder blend of Indonesian, Dominican, and US fillers, Jonas captured the light, “cheeky,” and fresh nature of a finch. It provides the mild profile needed for a morning smoke while retaining a sweeter, creamier complexity.
Creamy core with subtle notes of white pepper, coffee/espresso, and light spice.
