Membership Eligibility
Membership is available to individuals who are 19 years of age or older (or 18 where legally permitted). Age verification is required before any subscription is activated or shipments are sent.

Billing & Shipping
Subscriptions are billed on the 1st of every month.
Shipping is charged separately from the subscription price and is processed at the same time as your monthly billing. This ensures transparent pricing and accurate taxes based on your province.
No. Your monthly charge includes both your subscription fee and shipping, clearly itemized on a single transaction.
Cigars are shipped within 7 days of billing.
We currently ship within Canada only.
If a payment cannot be processed, your subscription will be paused until payment is resolved. Shipments will resume once payment details are updated.
Your first shipment will be processed within 7 days of your initial billing.
- If you join on or before the 15th of the month, you will receive that month’s selection.
- If you join after the 15th, your first shipment will be the following month.
Yes, providing you give us 30 days notice. Reach out to us. We are working on having this as an easy option to select within your subscription.
YES! Cigars are stored and packed under controlled conditions to preserve quality during transit.
Gift subscriptions are available. Please contact us for details.
Members are responsible for updating shipping details prior to the monthly billing date. Casa Familia is not responsible for shipments sent to outdated addresses.
Subscription pricing remains consistent unless otherwise communicated in advance.

Subscription Tiers & Product Selection
Each tier is curated monthly and includes at least the promised number of cigars. Selections are based on quality, balance, and availability. Specific brands or SKUs cannot be guaranteed.
Gold members may occasionally receive higher-priced or standout selections. Rare, collector, or limited-availability cigars are not guaranteed and are not a regular feature. When exceptional cigars become available, Gold members receive priority access.
Members may request a tier change by contacting us prior to the monthly billing date. Changes take effect the following billing cycle.
Each monthly selection is curated by Casa Familia to balance quality, variety, and value across origins, profiles, and formats. We love smoking new cigars!

Cancellations
You may cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice by contacting us via email or through your account portal.
No. Subscription charges are non-refundable, and cancellations do not apply retroactively to shipments already processed or billed.

Returns, Damage & Quality Issues
All subscription sales are final. Returns and refunds are not offered.
If cigars are damaged or missing due to courier mishandling, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will review the claim and may authorize a replacement at our discretion.
The following are not considered shipping damage and are not eligible for replacement:
- Uneven burn, tunneling, canoeing, or draw variations
- Wrapper splits, cracked caps, or cosmetic imperfections
- Issues related to storage conditions or subscriber handling
If a replacement is authorized, damaged cigars must be returned to Casa Familia at the subscriber’s expense.

Gold Tier Perks
Gold members receive:
- 10% off online cigar accessories
- Complimentary Casa Familia swag when available
- An annual birthday cigar
- Priority access to select club offerings
Perks are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Others
Yes. Casa Familia reserves the right to modify subscription offerings, pricing, or terms with reasonable notice. (30 days)
Casa Familia is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or for quality issues resulting from improper storage after delivery. Proper humidor storage is the responsibility of the subscriber.
Applicable GST, HST, and/or PST are applied based on the province of delivery and added at checkout.
Customer information is used solely for billing, shipping, and membership purposes. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
All subscriptions are governed by Canadian law, and any disputes will be resolved in the province in which Casa Familia operates.
